Ate here our first day of vacation in France. The day started out very long and stressful with travel but couldn’t have ended better with Catherine and Jean Michel. They truly make your family feel like they are their family. Definitely the most special meal my family has shared together. Not the fanciest or most expensive but by far the most special. Was looking forward to this meal for months as planned well in advance and exceeded expectations ten-fold. They make an amazing duo and make you feel like you’ve known them forever. Such a special way to spend a few hours in Champgne. Much more than just a meal.
