Nice frame, had a good time with the family. A quality kitchen. The brown foie gras is superb, the plaque is generous. We loved the mix of flavor, seasoning is impeccable. The chief's scampis are nickels accompanied by wild rice. The roasted beef is sumptuous, the meat is tender, the cooking is controlled, the sauce and fries are a treat. The little purée that accompanies the paved is very tasted, I enjoyed the taste of the smoke she had, just beautiful. We'll be back with pleasure.
