This restaurant has nothing to envy at certain gastronomic addresses and with an unbeatable price for the quality offered. everything is excellent and refined, there is a lot of research in the dishes offered. The plates are beautiful and the service is great!
Everything was perfect. in each dish there is a research on the mixtures and contrasts of textures that I have never seen elsewhere. The tastes are amazing. We tested: the velvety of shiitake with weeping: creamy to desired, with bursts of cocoa. beet stuffed on civèche cream and grany apple brilliance: very good, very aesthetic too. the stuffed seitan roast, with potato purée with truffle oil, parsillad weeping, black garlic cream and toasted seeds: a very French dish, revisited, excellent. Homemade seitan is very mellow. Black garlic cream is really delicious. The cream burnt, perfect. the cream climbed to the tarragon, with rhubarb count, with leafy dough fragments and caramelized pistachio: very original. dessert tarragon is a success, as well as pistachio cabbage. resto 100 vegan this day. the staff is adorable, and efficient: we were served very quickly while there were people. very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. it is not very expensive for the quality of the ingredients truffle oil etc, the research upstream, the sophistication of the dishes : 23€ for dessert flat entry.
Cuisine surprenante, produits frais et de saison, serveur sympa, … une vraie découverte le tout pour un prix très raisonnable.
