Dynamic, friendly and efficient service... A super server. Excellent food. The cassoulet is delicious. Menu at 23€ (Auch) great! Foie gras with green pepper sauce, homemade cassoulet and musketeer crispy dessert: a treat.

Very good local cuisine, craftsmanship, hearty dishes and reasonable prices! The homemade foie gras is delicious, the cassoulet also (the only small flaw a little too salty to our taste) and the burger with white beans confit of duck very original and everything gets married very well. And the service is top, very nice.

Venus before leaving our trip the restaurant has conquered us, the staff is pleasant, the dishes are very good especially the cassoulet. However, be sure to be hungry because the quantities are far from the miserable we eat there for 10. Otherwise, I advise those who want to taste a real Toulouse cassoulet at low prices.
