When you leave a review, good or bad, try to give us the reasons for your enthusiasm or dissatisfaction, this allows us to be able to encourage or react to the points of criticism that you offer us. It is important to know that this job is extremely difficult, not only because of the tasks that fall to us, but above all because we must always seem happy to welcome the customer. The question we ask is: are you still on top? Think about it when you put unpleasant waiter , didn 't have a smile etc... An important point is also that when you eat a product there was the supplier (who did not take the order because he did not validate for example), the deliveryman (who only leaves him half of the order because the truck is poorly stored), the cook (who decides at the last moment to change the dish of the day), the waiter (who forgets to offer all the dishes) and finally the person who collects (who forgets products or who is at the wrong table) in short when a service goes well it is the alignment of the planets. Despite all that, our team but also that of the bars and restaurants around, we come back every morning because still human contact is cool, because making a good coffee or a nice cocktail is motivating, seeing the eyes of the people when they eat a good dish it 's gratifying, lending an ear to someone who needs to talk is pleasant (not always anyway)... We could write and describe lots of everyday scenes to tell you how mentally and physically tiring it is, that would be complaining because in reality we also have our share of good surprises.
