Krispy Kreme - Tougaloo

The worst Krispy Kreme location ever! Not professional at all! Need to move to Madison or somewhere!

I purchase some donuts, and they were good as usual.Parking: We had no problem parking. Plenty of parking space.

I ordered a dozen assorted donuts online for pick up. When my husband arrived to get the order they told him they did not have any glazed, raspberry, chocolate, basically everything I ordered. Plus, they could not make the coffee that I ordered because there were no supplies to make it. I decided to cancel and the employee stated I had to cancel online. So I went back to the email that was sent and found that the order can not be cancelled right away. I had to send a request but did not receive a response and I am still waiting for a response. So as of right now Krispe Kreme stole my money. Do Not Order Online From Krispe Kreme on County Line Rd. In Ridgeland MS!Update: We were able to get a hold of someone on the phone She was very helpful and we received a refund. I wouldn’t order online from there again

Kid-friendliness: Sales clerk was very polite and nice

As the room mom, I ordered treats for a1st graders' Valentine's Day Party, and they were a hit! The assorted flavors provided the kids with options they enjoyed. The delivery service was incredibly convenient for us, especially since this is the only location the area. We utilized the delivery option, and the order arrived promptly as promised. We are grateful for and appreciate the excellent service provided.
