I asked for broccoli and garlic sauce and the sauce was sweet soy sauce, not good at all, and the order of rice was missing.

I’m not sure the name of the cashier, but I purchased a large shrimp fried rice SPECIFICALLY stating no onions….. as I purchased 2days before so I knew what to say!! I added beef 2$… I get home and there’s lots of onions, I call back to let them no for a possible replacement! She immediately tells me “YOU NO TELL ME NO ONIONS BC IF U DID I WOULD HAVE PUT IT ON THE TICKET, I REMEMBER YOUR ORDER ETC” I drove all the way from Brandon bc I liked their food but this RUDE cashier outdid herself today!! Simply stating you may not have heard me instead of going back and forward would have been nice! Your customer service is POOR! I’m sure this was not going to make or break you to just say you would replace it! I had no problem driving back because i definitely loved it previously!

Everything was disgusting and they have really bad customer service. Nothing was fresh Attorney Grant!

I get the wing dish with fries. Food quality to price. No complaints tasty call in 10 to 15 min out. Never ever waited other than in line if they busy. I talk them up all the time fresh just cooked wings tasty fries and a nice cold beverage. Always on point to me for a meal or late evening snack. ???
