The food is really good but the service is not the very best. A tired and quite rude waitress said they were fully booked, but when the manager(? turned up, he just asked us to wait 20 min. in the bar. Ok for us!

The food was tasty and much needed after a long day of exploring, accompanied by a local dark beer and a pitcher of water. However, we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order, despite being one of only 20 customers in the restaurant. Overall, I would rate the service as mediocre.

Great option for an evening meal. The kitchen may not be top-notch, but they are not trying to be something they're not. The menu is simple and straightforward, ensuring you won't leave hungry. They have a good selection of beers and the staff is friendly. Perfect for when you're out late and unsure of where to go.

I visited this restaurant twice after reading positive reviews. I decided to try the curry dish on both occasions and did not experience any issues. Unfortunately, the menu does not clearly label gluten-free options. The staff were attentive, but there were occasional communication challenges. I stuck with the curry as I believed it was gluten-free, but I suspect there may have been more options available if I had inquired further. Overall, the food was excellent.

This restaurant in Torshavn is one of the best for a variety of coffees. The atmosphere on the lower level is a mix between an American diner and a 1920s dive, creating a lovely balance. Despite having many tables, it never feels overcrowded or too loud, making it perfect for coffee dates or intimate chats with friends. If you sit by a window, you can enjoy a view of the small port, and during the summer there is also an outdoor seating area. The food is tasty and the beer selection is diverse, though similar to what you would find at other local bars.
