Viaggio, México - Torres del PRI

We spent the Christmas week at the resort with rain on some days but overall found great weather. This is smaller resort but it makes it up for its location within the hotel zone with some places like the Isla mall and Coco Bongo club at a walking distance. The beach was great with cool white sand. There were two pools, one small one for kids and families in the front and one medium sized pool near the beach. There were 3 bars, one in the lobby, another besides the main pool and one at the beach. In addition, there are 3 restaurants, Italian, Mexican and continental. All three fill up quickly and were based on first come first serve with no prior reservations. There were two additional general restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Finally there were 2-3 taco stands with surprisingly great tacos. There was also a coffee bar and a icecream bar. Finally, there were activities throughout the day run enthusiastically and night shows and live music events to keep everyone entertained. Overall great resort with nearby beach, good food and great location and a good resort for families.

During my five-day stay at the Wyndham hotel, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff, led by the food manager Azael Valazquez, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, reflecting Azael's commitment to culinary excellence. The comfortable and well-appointed rooms, combined with the friendly and accommodating staff, created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience made my visit truly enjoyable and memorable.

El personal es súper amable, el hotel tiene una buena variedad de servicios y lo mejor de todo es la playa, sin duda volveremos algún día.

El hotel es agradable, tiene acceso a la playa la cual es muy linda, la arena super suave. Tiene variedad de restaurantes, como comida asiática, italiana, mexicana y buffets y una dulceria. Tiene varios puntos para obtener bebidas, también hacen varias actividades en la piscina y zona sociales. El baño es amplio, la cama cómoda, contaba con balcón y hamaca.

Muy comodo y elegante. Buen trato.
