I was recently in Torremolinos with a friend. On our last day we saw a small Restaurant called La Cacerola. We decided to give it a try which was very lucky for us. The food was excellent and the owners very friendly. The Lamb steaks were some of the best I have ever eaten and we heard a couple at a nearby table praising the chicken. I would really like to have gone back to try the Beef Steaks but as I said we were leaving next day. The wine list was small but good quality. All together great value. They had a wide range of music playing on their Karaoke machine and one of the ladies started singing and my friend joined in. We finally left at 1am after a very enjoyable evening. The only drawback to the Restaurant is that it’s small. It would be a great benefit to visitors to the area if the couple, Nicolas and his wife Alejandra were running a much larger establishment.

Nicolas explained his menu in detail before we chose our meal. He is pasionate about his food and this is obvious as it is so delicious. I would 100% recomend you try this wonderful place.

We came across this lovely little restaurant by chance after eating elsewhere and stopping for a drink at the Irish pub afterwards. A quick view on TripAdvisor and reading the reviews had us booking a table for the following evening. We were not disappointed. The menu has a small number of options but with several ways to have them. Antonio works front of house and his wife is the chef. He explained the options to us, getting to know our names along the way. We even talked about where we were from which got him talking about Tino Apsrilla who is Colombian and played for Newcastle. Such a pleasant couple. We all opted for steak and a side, some with sauce, mine without. It was cooked to perfection. We would certainly recommend a visit here and will be back if we return.
