We ordered for dinner at 9:40 p.m. and they told us it would take 40 minutes. We knew that would turn into an hour wait or so, but it wasn 't a problem for us because we knew they have a lot of people and we understood that. However, at 11:00 p.m. we still had not received anything. We tried calling to ask if there was a problem but they don 't answer calls for that. We couldn 't get in touch until 11:45 p.m., and the response was your order is done right away. Obviously after 2h we didn 't want any orders and we had to dine on our own. To make matters worse, they hung up on me annoyed and rude: we didn 't even receive an apology for forgetting our order and making us wait all night. We love hamburgers but the service is terrible, a pity because we are clear that we will not repeat it. I put one star because it won 't let me put zero.

I have always ordered at home and in principle well, the food is quite good and the delivery service complies. I don't give it 5 stars because if you ask 5 times with the intention of having a roast potato, 4 times they don't have it. For the rest, pretty good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
