I think the place is good value for money, they treated me very well

Delicious ice creams, although I didn't love the Zeus ice cream as it was the specialty. Recommended, we will return.

I was there on September 1 and ordered a Carapino ice cream (cream, pine nuts and caramel). When they brought it to us, both the balls and the cones and cups (respectively) were literally covered in caramel... The worst thing is that inside the ice cream ball you couldn 't see pine nuts and there were drippings of caramel everywhere. I asked them to change it, that I was paying for a different flavor but I didn 't want that one. The waiter treated me contemptuously (I 'm sure you don 't address an uncle like that because he used a threatening tone) and the manager arrived and instead of fixing the problem (an ice cream for 3.5 euros pvp, m that will be less than a euro in production) got even ruder. I paid for the ice cream that I didn 't eat and asked for the complaint form, which I filled out under his watchful gaze. Anyway, with that treatment and such low quality...it 's not even worth passing by their sidewalk. I advise against it.
