Subway - Toronto

I received a warm welcome and excellent service from a middle-aged man. The food he served was delicious!

I enjoyed the delicious food and quick, friendly service at this restaurant. I particularly appreciate their weekly specials and the convenient location across from my office for a speedy lunch. They also have a few tables available for dining in, as well as a new fountain drinks machine. The place is clean and they also offer catering services. Although I haven't tried their breakfast yet, it's nice to know they have that option available for next time.

We usually get takeout from this restaurant once or twice a week and it's usually pretty good. However, today we ordered 2 subs and they mixed up the bread and forgot to add cheese. Just a suggestion to double check orders on busy days. Also, as a wheelchair/mobility scooter user, it's often difficult to access most Subway stores, including this one.

I was hesitant about attending this location as my initial impression was very bad. I was picking up an order for delivery and I saw how the food was being treated by the female employees during the evening. My experiences with this Subway restaurant today was pleasant. The lady serving us named Gina, did an excellent job. She was easy to direct. She listened to what we wanted and remembered which toppings to add to the second sandwich. She greeted other customers as she was helping us which I thought was excellent when others don't even try to make eye contact with the customer. Overall, excellent customer service. Cleanliness was okay. A 4 star because consistency in customer service is important I am still disturbed by how those ladies did the sandwiches just because I'm delivering doesn't mean I'm not a potential customer.
