The service was really good. 2 of the steaks were not properly cooked and they made a second to perfection...

We sat in a rear corner and the place was half empty. The servers rang behind us all night in invoices. Lobster Bisque was terrible and the stopper salad was very easy.

The Toronto Airport site offers a fantastic experience! The manager will welcome you at your first visit and he will remember you at your next visit... paying attention to the detail is important for a return customer. At this point, your satisfaction is their motivation. The Halibut and Filets are excellent... never to worry about if your choice is not exactly boiled as you wish, they will make them right immediately, with sincere apologies, and no negative attitude! Regarding table service, if you want the ultimate culinary experience when booking your table, please sit in “Vince’s Section”. True service with a smile... My wife and I have often said that Vince sets a standard for the service everyone should reach in the restaurant business. Missing no details of his first intro, right trough to the final invoice...” Smiling Vince” offers a culinary experience that will surely attract you again! I’ve eaten at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse several times. The Toronto Airport location on Dixon Rd is easy to get to , great location , great food , and Anthony our server was very polite, engaging and nice to talk to. Overall a great dining experience and I’d highly recommend this location!!

Was amazing, food was good my boyfriend and I both had the lamb and the sweet potato casserole. Both amazing. And experience was nice.
