When we finally had to go ask for one, the staff said they would bring it but never did. It seemed like they were understaffed, but regardless, the restaurant was very unclean.
If you enjoy Persian cuisine, you will love Naan and Kabob (Afghani) for its delicious kabobs, tandoori dishes, and mild flavors. We ordered the Aubergine Borani, which was tender and tasty. The menu offers a variety of dishes, from grilled meats to curry, and the Qurma Huh is a favorite among those who enjoy Indian flavors. The service provided by Zara was friendly and helpful. Parking is available on the north side of Sheppard, near a large Shoppers Drug Mart, making it convenient for travelers coming from the GO station, Centennial College, or nearby hotels. With affordable prices and plenty of seating, Naan and Kabob is a great option for dining out. This new location in Mississauga is a must-try for fans of Persian cuisine.
This is the third restaurant in the chain that I have visited. Like the other locations, customers place their order at the counter upon arrival and then sit at one of the many tables or stands to wait for their food. Each customer is given a pager that vibrates when their order is ready. The restaurant is large, clean, and well-lit, serving the same excellent Afghan cuisine as the other locations. I ordered the Waziri Classic, which included a skewer of chicken breast and a skewer of ground beef. Both were tender and flavorful, served with rice and fresh naan bread. The wait time was reasonable considering the quality and portion size of the food.
Good location with a lot of parking, the employees are beautiful and efficient, clean and excellent environment, the personal will sanitize and clean the tables and benches, very suitable for families and friends. delicious food, especially grilled food, can not miss if they love medium sea and...Aghan cuisine!
The restaurant was clean and the decor was Middle East. I loved the gold lanterns hanging from the ceiling. The pictures and glass mirrored walls. You order, take the pager and seat your self. When the beeper goes off then you go and pick up...your food from the front. We waited about 15 minutes. They also have takeout. We showed our proof of vaccine. The lady was very friendly and helpful. I ordered one of the chicken shish kabob dishes $13.99, reasonable price. We got a basket of naan bread that was nicely warmed. The lentil soup is also delicious. The owner came over to our table to assist us as well. All our guests enjoyed their food as well. It was a great experience and it’s nice to try different cuisine from different countries.
