Kfc - Toronto

While the food we got was hot the chicken pieces are smaller then what I thought from the last time I've been to a KFC a few years ago. Even for a wing it's on the small side even the drum sticks were smaller compared to what you see in grocery stores. We got some bigger pieces as seen in the pictures but overall it taste like they changed the recipe not as good

The chicken here is always terrible. I've tried several times, hoping something has changed, but it's always horrible. I don't know how the heck they cook it but I wouldn't suggest it. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are KFC's where the chicken actually looks like chicken and is way better quality.The customer service is usually good though.

I placed an order on-line 60 minutes ago and I am still waiting. Apparently they are very busy with a Black Friday offer (meanwhile I paid full price)… many delivery drivers have come and gone and I am still waiting for one bucket.

PLEASE check your chicken bucket or your order before leaving the store because this store doesn't give you what your ordered. If you ask the manager for the missing items, he says it's not his problem.

Yesterday 's experience at this location was enough to make me warn customers to Be Aware! The man filling the orders, claiming to be the manager, 'Syed ', fails on all health regulations.While packing my food, the box containing my order broke open and the food came pouring out.He did not go back to the oven and get me fresh chicken, but instead put the spilled food right back into another box. No gloves, no utensils, just his bare hands. I had requested certain chicken pieces, which the nice lady at the register confirmed and 'Syed ' lied and said he put them in, later to discover this was no true. When I called back to the store after I got home to comlain to the manager, 'Syed ' lied again and said someone would call me at 5pm and rectify the problem. I 'm still waiting for the call, the next day. This location has gone so downhill since this manager has started here.
