Jump Restaurant - Toronto

Jump reaches the standards of other restaurants in this group we visited. Great location, great decor, great feeling, great service and especially, great food. The attention to detail was superlative; the fast, professional service was obvious, also in the way that the napkins were folded. The staff was knowledgeable and our waiter informed me about an off-Menu entree: Halibut with Risotto in Squid Tinte! My wife had the tuna remover and the roasted chicken. Recommended wine pairings were perfect. The dessert was also satisfied with the cheese cake and champagne. We will definitely return!

Booked reservations for 2 on Saturday for the hubby and I. We went one and hubby was delighted with the whisky selection and drinks in the display case. He tried a few. He appreciated the club chairs we were sitting on. Liked the atmosphere. I had the mushroom soup (vegan) and chickens Caesar salad. He had the Focaccia and Auberginenschnitzel, who were all delish. Service was excellent. Welcome. Overtakes our water, checked us just at the right times - this is great winner IMO and did not feel rushed. Would definitely go back for happy hour or lunch or dinner.

We had the salmon (which was very good when a Ted small) accompanied by mainly Puy lenses, which ended very boring; my Lammpappardel had well baked lamb, but the dish overall lacked taste. Wouldn't recommend it.

Very busy and lively lunch crowd. considered a small/lite refreshment during the walk from Union Station to Cambridge Hotel.

This restaurant is the best. The food was amazing. It’s not cheap but for fine dining it is a great place to start. Indoors and outside seating areas.
