Fresh On Eglinton - Toronto

The first time we were disappointed about a visit in the fresh restaurant. we've been coming here for years and make the trip out of town. we do not like the changes made in the new test menu in eglinton (and Crawford locations). three of our favorite items have been completely removed from the menu (names smashed avocado toast, protein bowl powerhouse bowl are all gone. they also have the beach bowl (again!, cleansing the sweet potato and replace it with a few quarters of artichoke hearts (not the same nowhere near the filling. the beach bowl in the running of the bowls have been gradually reduced in quality another serious change is that eglinton and crawford standorte the beyond meat burger over their original tasty chalkburger (through a new contractual obligation? . before the beyond meat burger was an independent product. Now it is the standardpatty on all its burgers and they must specifically require to have the original chalkburger in their meal. the server should all patrons of this change and technical ask, the Patty customers do not want to automatically serve the beyond meat burger. for people who want to eat clean, it is discouraging, so a processed (and not necessarily healthy food product from a restaurant called fresh, whose focus should be on fresh, natural ingredients. we will not return to this place due to the menu changes and instead go to danforth and the other places that still offer the old (and complete menu (before they go safe!) .

The new menu was limited and had not as many options as the previous menu.

That was just a terrible experience. I always loved fresh. I have many food allergies and they were amazing in the past. our server was not knowledgeable and did not communicate anything of what I said in the kitchen. then she realized and said that they had to wait the meal after 45 minutes. she offered a free appetizer that we accepted, but then that never came, as soon as she brought the meals after more than an hour, she said that our appetizer would come soon. we said no thanks. so sad, that was a favorite place. beautiful new location, but very few customers inside. to appreciate our experience is not a new one, considering how empty it was.

Delightful experience! We tried quite a lot in the menu and was disappointed by none!
