Bidrage med feedbackChefs tasting menu is a real tasty food when we needed, but all fantastic, so it was hard to control us. we sat near the kitchen, and it was obvious that the cook and kitchenman enjoy themselves and. with the servers good sharpeners. a great ambiente to improve a good meal.
Had dinner with a friend on a Tuesday night at 600 pm place was very busy, and at 7:00 was full. good food, although limited choices for carnivores eating and wein were predominantly northern Italian influenced excellent pasta carbanarro was delicious delicate garden salad...Gnocci was light and tasty in a tomato chili sauce with a light cheese topping service was helpful, room was designed to avoid the tables on the door, as the built-in heating does not make very good work, keeping them warm. I passed this section on the way into the washrooms and found it cool. not amazing Italian.
I wish the investment in the new design of the room would have gone to personal training and the menu.
I don't understand what everybody shaves about the ugly, smart room? the really mediocre eating? the incompatible service? last night was my last attempt. seriously young, there are 1000" of great Italian restaurants in this city and that is not one of them. go to woodbridge or along st clair. see what it is about in Italy.
We decided to try something different for an anniversary. Wish we hadn’t, but we learned something, this place is poor, we will never return, nor will we ever recommend it. I informed in advance it was a celebratory dinner. Nothing, no special drink, not even...a cupcake with a candle. Ordered bottle water to start, and of course there were flies everywhere, something you expect in a restaurant, and yes one was in the glass which water was poured. Guess what? We showed them the glass, no apology, replaced the glass and that was it. The water bottle was not removed from the bill. Ordered a $23 salumi tray, take a look at the picture and you be the judge if it’s worth $23? It’s a complete scam. Ordered arrancini, take a close look at the picture, no it’s not black because of the sauce, it was burned on the bottom, every single one! Ordered sea bass, deboned. I guess the kitchen doesn’t understand you debone prior to cooking, not after. It took 20 minutes to eat it as you were busy removing scales out of your mouth. Ordered a shared ribeye, meaning one order for two people. When it arrived it was cold, and brought to one person without a plate for the second. Not sure how they even have customers. Buyer beware
