Durbar Indian Cuisine - Toronto

The meal was satisfactory. It was better before, but I hadn't dined here since before the pandemic so I'm not sure if the quality has declined or if it was just a different experience because it was lunchtime. Overall, it was a decent option for a quick lunch.

I ordered a lot from here. I even gave him five stars in the past. Unfortunately no more. About 6 to 8 weeks ago I noticed a change in taste and consistency in food quality. I pointed out calling the restaurant and letting them know. The manager I said was on vacation. I called twice before I got this information. The person I spoke to asked what he could do. I told him the quality of the food has deteriorated. I didn't want to write bad reviews. I said? I give you the opportunity to improve.? I ordered chili carriers. It was terrible. The windshield wiper was chewing and hard. The vegetables were not cut properly. The week before it floated a pool oil on the dhal tadka. I compare this with the food quality of this very restaurant up to approx. May 2022. I know their deserts are terrible, I also told them about it. You said it was brought. At that time, I told them they found another supplier. I stopped ordering desert and continuing to order the main dishes that were still delicious at the time. I won't order here anymore. You need quality control in your kitchen. It is no longer worth the price they charge.

This was the first time I've eaten food from Durbar. The food was exceptionally good. The lamb curry was the right amount of dry and fresh spices and the korma was smooth and delicious. I ordered the momos 2 for 1 as a filler without expecting much as most restaurants that list 2 for 1 items as a way to make a profit. THESE MOMOS are worth the full price per order. Thank you all for providing such amazing food.

I usually like their main dishes and have been a customer for a long time. However today tried indian fast food, must admit Worst chat papri i have ever had , probably was made one week back. It was kind of like when you store stuff in fridge for long time and take it out. So aviod them for fast food, otherwise it is very good .

This is my go-to place to order food in my area. I ordered lunch for two last night after a while. The Paneer Makhani was delicious and the naan was always fresh. The only thing lacking was the Gulab Jamuns. The server was very polite and friendly. I'm looking forward to ordering again.
