Can't say enough good things about this place! Food is healthy and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. So nice to have gluten-free-vegan options in Commerce Court! Just diving into Mediterranio Bowls...Amazing! Anything with the shiitake mushrooms serves as an exceptionally convincing substitute for chicken, if abandoning your carnivorous ways feels a little bit daunting at first

I visited this restaurant with my family, where I am a vegetarian from the UK, my niece is a meat eater, and the other two are vegan. We started with Nachos and Poutine, which were delicious, followed by a mix of burgers and power bowls. The dishes were well presented and good value for money. However, the desserts were a disappointment. We ordered cheesecake, chocolate and banana pudding, and brownies. My brownie was the best, but the others left theirs. I suggest updating the pudding menu, as the rest of the meal was fabulous.

I decided to wait for a second visit to see if the same positive experience could be replicated with different menu items. On this occasion, we tried the Copper Burger (beet burger), a bowl, chickunless wings, and a bowl of chili. Despite not being a fan of beets, I found the burger to be incredibly delicious. The chickunless wings were surprisingly similar to real meat, which was a bit unsettling for me as a long-time vegetarian. Fortunately, the restaurant is conveniently located near my home, so I look forward to returning for more.

I absolutely loved the smoked tofu and grilled vegetable sandwich! I can't wait to taste other dishes from the menu. It's great to have another tasty plant-based option in the financial district.

I'm going with 3 stars because I like their pizzaBUT pizzas ordered for pickup aren't often ready on time.
