The experience was decent, however, both staff members were preoccupied with fulfilling online orders, causing in-store customers to wait for a long time and become visibly frustrated. The employees were polite but too focused on their tasks to provide much interaction, and my drink was prepared exactly as I had requested.

My fiancée and her sister ordered brown sugar milk tea and earl grey milk tea, while I ordered jasmine green tea. Unfortunately, both of them experienced diarrhea and severe stomach pain afterwards. It is likely due to the milk used in the drinks. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The server taking my order at the restaurant was extremely impolite. Not only did they initially make my drink incorrectly, but when I asked for a remake, they made it tasteless and the cup was leaking.

My favorite is brown suger pearl milk tea, it always taste good.Fast service and nice staff.
