Chacho's - Toronto

Excellent authentic Mexican food. I loved the atmosphere and service. Marco was very friendly and suggested some great starters. Price was very reasonable for the amount of food we had. Overall 10/10

One of our colleagues was retiring and wanted to go to Chacho's. I called several times and tried to get a hold of someone. I was not able to contact anyone. I guessed that the place was busy and that the employees did not have time to answer the phone. I made a reservation regardless because it was available on this website. A group of 8 of us walked all the way there and when we got there the place was not even open. We checked the hours on the window, it should have been open at that time. Not sure why they would not be open during regular business hours.

The tacos were great! The fish one was delicious. Guacamole was nice and so was the ceviche. We asked the waiter what the chef recommended and the enchiladas was one of the ones listed, however it was quite disappointing. The shrimp in the burrito was nicely cooked. Service was a bit slow because there was only one waiter for the entire restaurant, but he was very nice.

One server for the whole restaurant isn't fair to him!

Excellent guacamole and generous portions of the entrees. Ceviche very fresh and tasty.
