Burger King - Toronto

Burger king is, in my personal opinion, the worst fast food burgers to begin with and i never eat here. we only ate there today because we had a coupon. i got a whopper with no ketchup because ketchup is rank and they physically crossed out the ketchup option on the wrapper so i just assumed they got it right and took it home. when i opened it it was covered in ketchup and it’s all over the place so i can’t even just wipe it off. i never have this problem with other fast food places, it’s not a wildly complicated request to not add ketchup. total waste of money. solidified that i’m never eating burger king again. hoping this review reminds people deciding wether or not to go to burger king that this isn’t even the cheapest option so there is no reason to subject yourself to it

It was good and service was pretty fast. Customer service can be a little better no need to be rude or sarcastic if someone doesn't know something the lady at the cashier behaved this way with 3 people . Dining in wasn't the best as nearly every table was dirty, but it was lunch time as well so they may have not got around to cleaning, but it still is not desirable. Food was fine tho, I loved the Oreo shake.

I came here on March 24, around 12PM. The cashier I don’t know her name, she’s the black girl is rude and deaf.I ordered 3 whopper big standard size. She asked me again 3 whopper junior right? I kept saying I want the big standard whopper for like 10 times but she couldn’t understand somehow. And why she assumed us, big adults, to eat junior size burger?When I though she finally understand, she tried to charge me for 3 whopper junior. When I asked her to change it to standard size, she insisted that I said Junior and didn’t bother to change the size for me.When I told her that I said big standard not junior, she started raising her voice at me as if I didn’t say big standard whopper 10 times. That’s the worse customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Why can’t she just change the size instead of starting a fight with the customer? I wasn’t even raising my voice or being rude to her at all.I’m never coming back. The cashier should get fired. Why someone like her can even work in the customer service industry? She ruined my mood for the day.

Waited in line for close to an hour. Uber eats drivers get priority. No service or any attention given to dine in customers. Hopefully this location doesn't come out of the pandemic...close this disgrace to the BK name down.

The cashier is very rude and manager is very rude .I asked them to use the washroom, but they didn’t let me to use washroom .They were keep insisting I am not customer and I told them my girl friend bought me a combo uncle burger five minutes ego . I said : I am customer , but they were disrespecting me and were telling me i am not customer. They are bankrupting the downtown area by closing washroom and disrespecting customer. I will never order food from this restaurant again.
