Subject: Complaint about Poor Service at Aroma RestaurantDear Management,I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had at your Aroma restaurant today. We have been satisfied customers in the past, which is why we chose to dine at your establishment. However, our recent visit left us extremely dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were disappointed by the lack of interaction and information provided at the checkout point. We were not informed about any additional services or options available to us, which resulted in some confusion later on.While placing our order, we specifically requested a small coffee, but we were served an excessively large one. This was not only unexpected but also wasteful. Furthermore, when our soup was brought to the table, we noticed that there was no bread or crouton accompanying it. As my daughter, who is only 4 years old, desired bread with her soup, I approached the cashier to request it separately. To my surprise, I was informed that it was no longer complimentary and had to be purchased. This contradicted my previous experiences where it had been provided free of charge.After placing the order for the bread and crouton, we were given a stand-by device to wait for its arrival. However, the device was set to vibrate, making it inconvenient for us to be alerted when the order was ready. I expressed my concern that the delay in receiving the crouton would cause our soup to get cold, and I requested that it be brought promptly. It took a considerable amount of time for the kitchen staff to respond and deliver the crouton.When the crouton finally arrived, I was shocked by the small portion and the number of pieces provided. A mere 20 dry tones in a small container hardly constituted a satisfactory serving. I raised this concern with the service staff, and they consulted a more experienced employee. Unfortunately, the experienced staff member displayed a cold and unfriendly attitude, lacking effective communication skills. This demeanor was consistent among all the service personnel we encountered, who seemed unhelpful and unresponsive to our concerns.Regrettably, this overall negative experience has left a lasting impact on my family. Unless absolutely necessary, we are reluctant to return to Aroma restaurants in the future. I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously and address the issues we encountered, ensuring that other customers do not face similar disappointments.
