This braceria in Quasano was recommended by locals and in fact deserves. It is ordered as a manual to the meat counter in butcher shop and it sits in a room with internal garden, which seems to be a management in itself (in fact when we asked cheeses at the table, we were told that we had to order them in butcher shop, although then we were still brought). The excellent meat, except for the neck really hard to chew. Everything is served in disposable packaging by very kind staff. Convenient prices, I recommend to try the experience.

We stayed in this braceria for a dinner with friends. Very good meats, also recommend the cuts that make the grill better and the most indicated cooking level. Stoned note are the drinks (5 pinions, a bottle of primitive wine, 3 bottles of water and 2 pynzimonium have brought only the account of drinks to 43 euros). In conclusion it is a braceria that I certainly feel to recommend, but if that night you are from them expect a salty account for drinks.

Summer location in Quasano. Local a little rustic and spartano but meat really of excellent quality as well as appetizers. Great price. Excellent bottled wine from the cellars of Salento. If I have to find a mole, I would recommend to improve the tablecloth and service because they too spread to eat in cardboard plates as well as the appetizers already served in plastic containers. Definitely recommended!
