Bidrage med feedbackWe had a lot of expectations because the restaurant is listed in the Michelin guide. We were very disappointed. Friendly welcome We took the menu dell’ oca, every dish with goose. The first antipasta was cold plate of different salumi of goose. After this , all courses were a disappointment. A croquet of goose meat was very dry. The lasagna a primo was also dry and very heavy. The main course was cut goose , and looked ugly. . The dessert was ice cream of white chocolate. The barbaresco wine was ok , but expensive
We were on a business trip and eating out in the evening is our treat. Easy to find , easy to make a reservation. We were the first guests in and felt a bit lost but the staff made us feel at easy immediately. Very attentive and professional waiters and lady-chief. We went 'a la carte ' and for goose. My colleague whom I told of our choice was a bit hesitant about the goose but he was totally wrong. We had an antipasti with goose salumi which was succulent , the primi with the 'pasata di fagioli ' was great and the secondi with the 'petit rolé ' was very tasty needless to say that every plate had goose in a different way in it. We let the chef and waiter choose our wines by the glass and were very happy with their suggestions. We recommend this place.
Unfortunately on my third visit the food and service declined. I would say my first 2 experiences were average and I went for the environment of the park. One of the worst meals I have had in Turin.
Proprietario del posto gentilissimo e bello! si mangia bene, tre stelle sono principalmente perché: abbiamo preso due menu fissi, nell'antipasto c'era carne cruda che non mangio e chiesto se invece di quello che potevano portarmi formaggi locali (il piatto che era nel menu generale, ma ovviamente non nel menu scelto da noi) e mi hanno detto che non potevamo farlo. Non so perché, il tavolo vicino a noi l'aveva e era un piatto che fate senza sforzo. cioè, senza cucinare. Questa cosa mi ha lasciato un puzzle. in sostituzione potrei prendere o bollito lingua (grazie) o taglierina di salame d'oca. Ho scelto il tagliere, ma era una scelta piuttosto obbligatoria. stelle anche perché i tempi tra un piatto e l'altro erano abbastanza lunghi, ma giustificati perché c'erano così tante persone. altino prezzo ma siamo al centro torino così ok.
Anche oggi pranzato in questa Taverna , ci andiamo sovente a pranzo o cena , oggi si sono superati , preso menù degustazione Piemontese , ragazzi una cosa strepitosa , una Bagna. Cauda da Urlo , Agnolotti strepitosi, una carne morbidissima Dolce Super , tutto accompagnato dalla Gentilezza e Simpatia della Titolare Valeria , carissimi Turisti non perdete tempo se volete mangiare come si mangia e si Beve da Noi la Taverna dell ‘Oca e una Certezza
