Kombu 8 - Torino

This japanese+thai food joint chain is a pure gem. The variety of the menu is mind-boggling. Everything we tried was positively delicious except for the pad thai that was too salty. It is as creative as advertised for example proposing a burrito sushi inspired by the way a Mexican burrito wraps in an XLtortilla roll most Mexican food ingrediens, this burrito sushi wraps in an XL roll most Japanese food ingredients for a similarly simultaneously succulent and hunger extinguishing meal. The staff is very nice but too scarce at peak hours creating long lines and/or long wait to be served.

Ideal as a takeaway dinner...quality, courtesy and punctual deliveries

Always friendly staff when taking orders. Undisputed quality, but if I ask for chirashi I would like a little more rice. If you're not lucky, sometimes the bowl is half empty.
