Welcomed well we have accommodated in a very air-conditioned room and it was very pleasant to discover the possibility of composing your menu freely choosing from the card. excellent initial appetizers, perfect business card of this really interesting kitchen. we started by choosing oysters of a quality that literally left us open-mouthed (despite not being the period recommended by experts) and continued with the chosen dishes that turned out to be wonderful. goto, technique, excellent raw materials, combinations of great class, have revealed us a cuisine of the highest level. unforgettable dishes the piglet with shrimps, tajarin with scampi, curly tortelli, iced zabaione. but all dishes, all preparations were impeccable. good wine card, with interesting choices, excellent value for food price. Nice place in the centre of Turin in one of the most elegant areas. courteous and punctual service. I've known the cook since the restaurant's time and I can assure you it doesn't disappoint. great cuisine with a look at the Piedmont tradition and the use of local products. excellent quail filled with bra sausage and fois gras and the chocolate ball with oil. beautiful experience, correct price.
