Professional , this restaurant is my favorite in Torino , good food great prices and above all a so kind and professional staff you just feel bei ng the queen or king of the day, I highly recommend this place , make sure to book before as it is difficult to get a table, a good sign of great quality don’t you think?

Very rich menu with seafood, meat and vegan options. Great service! Reasonably priced (you can spend 25 to 30 EUR/person) Arrived late in Turin on a business trip and roamed around the hotel looking for a place to eat. Bumped into Il Picchio where the kitchen closes at midnight! I was welcomed by the beautiful smile of a comforting young lady. The food may be average, but the service is impeccable: friendly, professional and helpful. Places like this should be patronised just for their great attitude.

They have this dish that is focaccia with burrata, arugula, tomatoes, and ham. It's perfect. It's delicious. I've been there three times, had it three times, and it's always fantastic. Their pizza is also something special. I got their gorgo and pere this time, and it was beautiful. This place gets super busy late in the evening, so go early if you want service as good as the food.
