Tasha's Tea Room - Torfaen

I have to say a few words about this wonderful tea room. I may be a bit biased because the owner is my daughter-in-law. She has worked hard to create a lovely space where you can enjoy a delicious snack and a cup of tea. Don't just take my word for it, stop in and try it for yourself. I had lunch at the Power Station today for the first time ever. After my meeting, I decided to stay for lunch. The young lady at the register (Tasha's colleague) was very friendly and welcoming. She made sure I knew where to find the menu, how to order, and checked to make sure I was happy with my table and food. I ordered an omelette with mushrooms for £3, Baked Beans with two slices of toast for £1.80, and a mug of coffee for 80p. The tearoom was clean, spacious, and bright. There were plenty of newspapers to read while waiting for my food. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience and I would definitely recommend it to others. Give it a try for yourself!
