Mcdonald's Restaurants - Torfaen

I booked McDonalds for my daughter’s birthday I was able to book a space and pre order which was great and took away a lot of the stress. The added table service was great. Geraint the manager on shift was excellent and his customer service superb. Staff were friendly, had activities ready for the girls and balloons. They had a great afternoon one of the best Macdonalds I have ever been to staff could not do enough and the place was spotless. Thank you everyone x

Quick to the door service and was nice and hot! Hubby had the big macs and I had nuggets and and apple pie. So Scrummy!

Pretty sure the staff here are either out to harm people or are just simply unable to read. After numerous complaints via Uber Eats, numerous complaints to the staff, and numerous complaints to the management, they still can't seem to understand the simple instruction of NO TOMATO. Its not like they're simply handing me the wrong order. Every time I've had tomato in my item there's a sticker on the top that clearly says NO TOMATO, and today was no exception. A massive disregard for allergen requests that could wind up costing.

I visited the Cwmbran restaurant this week. Whilst it was quite late in the evening (9:45pm , and there was few customers eating, I feel that standards should be kept.... The food was up to standard and no issues here, but the attitude and behavior of the staff wasn 't. I arrived to find a woman staff-member taking a run (customer side to jump up onto the counter in order to sit for a while and lean-over to view the till screen. Another younger employee helping himself to the drink machine and walking around behind the counter enjoying said drink, whilst having ' 'banter ' ' with his co-workers (lots of swearing and throwing rolled-up paper napkins at them whilst hiding behind what I think was a fridge door. I watched a young male staff member load and unload takeaway bags several times as he clearly struggled to get the orders correct. Then to finish off, a kitchen worker (chef ? , coming out from the kitchen behind the scenes, not in uniform, but in his well-worn tracksuit.... and going back and forth....... All this in front of the Shift Manager, who clearly gave the impression that she had little control over her staff..... It didn 't look good at all !
