Kfc - Torfaen

I recently visited this location and was shocked by the service and the quality of the food. I don't understand how KFC has not shut down this branch. It is a disgrace to the KFC brand. I have been to many KFC locations, and this one is the worst by far. The staff have a bad attitude and are not friendly at all. The restaurant had a bad smell when we walked in and didn't seem very clean. The chicken bites were extremely dry and hard, nothing like what we have had at other locations. The mega box was a tiny portion with hardly any chips and a very small chicken piece. The hot wing was undercooked and inedible. I would strongly advise avoiding this branch at all costs.

Disgusting. Nearly all of the tables were covered in crumbs and grease. The staff's uniforms appeared dirty, as if they hadn't been changed all week. The chicken was barely warm and we chose not to finish it. This restaurant used to be decent, but the quality has significantly declined. It was concerning to see only one other customer during a busy time.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant tonight. The place was spotlessly clean. The staff members who served us, Tommy, Seren, and Ethen, all provided excellent customer service. I had visited this restaurant 3 months ago and the service was outstanding then, just like it was tonight. The staff are always polite, friendly, and willing to help, especially with my struggles in ordering. Thank you for your patience, Tommy, and for the hot sauce, that was very considerate of you. My husband was delighted for a change! We will definitely be returning in a few months. You are all a great asset to KFC.

Visited several times over the past few months, the food is as you would expect from any KFC but you won’t be able to get a hot drink. The staff either tell you the machines broke or they tell porkys to you and wait for you to go to the collection window and then they tell you the machines not working. Krushem machine also not working today as well as the card machine so cash only. The owners should hold their heads in shame.

I can only assume those giving positive reviews are staff. Very small portions, greasy and luke warm, seemed stale and dried out. Whole place looks like it needs a good disinfecting inside and out. Mcdonalds next time
