Bidrage med feedbackSuch an interesting model village, definitiw one of the best I visited. amazing detail in the models, some interactions and a sound where for the children. has accessible paths, but very hilly and probably difficult to push wheelchairs. I thought it was quite expensive, but it enjoyed very much.
I got a feel that I am inside Legoland London. Though the Babbacombe Model Village is more greener and like a scale model of Legoland. The best and entertaining part was golf course. Number of difficult targets one can occupied well and pass hours easily here. The village is full of natural beauty, ample of spots to capture mesmerizing photos. It has a public toilet as well. There was a restaurant also having all shorts of chips, bakery things water ice cream etc. It has some steep downs while going inside so one should be specially the elderly one should be careful while moving inside the village. There was a nude beach as well, not to get embarrassed with family this all is a model and scales one. Ample space inside the village to sit and eat outside restaurant as well. We enjoyed a lot here.
Wow, just wow! Visited jubilee wk end Friday. Not busy. This place is big and impressive. Sooooo much to see, I was expecting just a model village but it's far more than that. Very entertaining and I still feel like I missed loads! Trying to spot the 18 beef eaters, or alphabet spotting keeps the young and old entertained and focussed all the way round on a clear easy to follow route. Very well thought out with varying scenes of anything you can think of. Vans and shops with funny business names, wonderful detail to buildings and scenes and garden maintenance, impressive cars, celebrity spotting. Just absolutely brilliant.
Great local attraction with plenty to see. Paid a visit last summer and forgot to review I was pleasantly surprised at the work and effort that had gone in to the models. What really surprised me was the ground bees which are harmless, left alone to get about their daily work
Much more to see than expected. Worth reading the history of the place while on the tour. Facts about all the exhibits and little jokes hidden throughout. Games for kids to play which is great (even joined in). It's well thought out and good fun. Nice cafe and gift shop too.
