Avanti Italian Pizzeria - Torbay

The food at this restaurant was delicious, especially the pizza! The taste was fantastic. Unfortunately, the service was almost the worst I've ever experienced. The waitress forgot about us and was too busy chatting in the kitchen. I had to shout to get her attention. Even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, the only interaction with her was to take our order and serve the food. She didn't ask if everything was okay or if we wanted more drinks. After she brought our food, she didn't come back for another 30 minutes.

I only tried out their takeaway service, but I must say the pasta dishes were incredibly tasty and authentic.

We had a superb evening at Avanti for a 60th birthday party with 23 guests. The food was excellent and served to everyone at the same time. The atmosphere, service, and value were all top-notch. Avanti is definitely my favorite restaurant!
