Applebee's Grill - Topeka

Service was so slow I left hungry, just like I arrived. I’m actually much too angry to leave details, but it will be a cold day in Hell before I frequent this establishment ever again.

Terrible! ordered strawberry balsamic grilling chicken salad No strawberries and no vinegarette on salad at all!! Also ordered kids meal. Chicken quesadillas with applesauce and apple juice and they did not send anything other than quesadillas slice into 4 parts. Then I called and spoke with a Luke and he tried to blame DoorDash for everything. DoorDash has nothing to do with putting my order in the containers.

A little bit of a wait. low on waitresses, which resulted in the waitress either forgetting about checking up or getting the order wrong. I love the lights and the general idea of the atmosphere. It just feels not finished/low effort.

I love the quesadilla burger but my boyfriend's ribs were dry. He didn't eat them and they didn't even offer to take it off our check. The service left ALOT of room for improvement.

I was served a mix drink by a baby. A women brought me my drink from the bar with a baby in her hands. Jeffrey was a great server!
