Sylvan Beach Seafood Cafe

Happened to drop in what a find! Good Food, Great View and Excellent Customer Service. The only thing you should do is if possible book ahead to get a table along the waters edge we hadn't booked and had to settle for a couple of metres back from the water still an awesome view! The chips here are amazing and come in super generous servings. We tried the fish and a burger both were excellent. Highly recommend this spot and we will be back soon (but with a reservation next time) !

After recommendation from the lovely Italian lady at the tourism office, we went to have lunch at Sylvan Beach Seafood Cafe. Despite having to wait a little while peak hour lunch our lunch was to die for. Fresh not frozen Battered cod with crunchy thick chips not green glowing in the dark chips! and fresh Greek salad. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back. Best fish chips on the island by far. Makes me wish I live on the island.
