Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Toolooa

I must say that I am not usually a fan of fast food, but I was in Glaston for a car shopping trip and decided to grab a coffee for the ride back to Bunke. My partner was a bit hungry, so we ended up getting a few meals and coffee at this place. The staff were very young and rude, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the place was dirty. I don't understand how McDonald's stays in business, as the food was awful and the burgers were consistently small. I will never eat here again, it was a waste of money.

Ideal location for picking up via Sarg-Macaroons. cool inside with beautiful view of the park. personal friendly.

A very clean and tidy restaurant. the personal is very obligated and bought meals at our table. eating was typical Mc.Donalds served hot and fresh.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I tried to complain but no one answered their phone that night. The next day, when I spoke to someone, they said they couldn't replace my food because it was still within the expiration date. I know that just like milk, bread, and fruit, food can also go bad even before the expiration date. The dish tasted off and ruined the rest of my meal. This was unacceptable service. I have ordered from many restaurants across the country and never had an issue like this before. It seemed like they were trying to blame me, but I know what I'm ordering and expect to receive quality food in return. The responsibility they should have taken was passed on to someone else.

Ordered the value burger box and everything was hot except i one received stone cold burger called up the store and the manager told me she cant replace my order because its been too long since ordering.. every other burger and all fries were...hot except this 1 burger.. my fries were still warm as i called her. she wasnt helpful at all and honestly just seemed like she didnt want to deal with the issue
