Subway - Tonbridge

Drove round trip of 12 miles to get brunch for myself and wife . Looking forward to a Big Breakwich sub but told on arrival “ No Sausage “ in an abrupt manor by I assume the manager . When asked why I was told “ I didn’t take enough out today “ !! It was just gone 12 in the day just before a busy lunch period so why wasn’t stock available that early in the day . Twice this has happened at that branch now . I asked for a foot long with extra bacon only to be given a 6 inch sub to which I had to ask for another . Got home and the bread was hard and not the same without the right ingredient . Poor stock control , poor management and poor service yet again .

Lovely staff landed with an updated menu that is so expensive no one seems to be purchasing from them, Subway have surely made an error here. Sub of the day also gone. We deferred to Greggs, as did every other customer we saw whilst there.

I used to enjoy Subway, but lately I have been disappointed. The staff there are disrespectful and rude. I will not be returning to this establishment.

8.45am Sunday morning, wanting to get breakfast and the store is closed. The lights are on and people are inside but there’s no notice displayed or information of revised opening times! Disappointing! Tried calling the listed phone number and no one answers.

It's pretty much what you'd expect from a Subway formulaic bland food made to a set standard. You don't go to a Subway expecting great food so you're not going to be disappointed here. You'd be just as well grabbing a sandwich from the petrol station (or even better a sausage roll or pastie from the butchers). If you live in the village just go home and make something yourself it'll be better.
