Texas Road House - Tonawanda

Always great food and great service. the only part is that wait during dinner hours at the weekend. never had to eat that was not hot and tasty. the server are always very pleasant, even if they are busy and have a complete house. it is a good price for good steak and look forward to our next visit. child-friendly: we brought our children, and now our big baby is and never sit a problem.

Delicious steak for a reasonable price! I always enjoy the loaded baked potato. fun atmosphere and friendly staff. food: 5/5

My best state house! in the last 15 years are all two great, but this is the best! always nice people, extra rolls and always eat! everyone now and then they threw in a free appetizer

After waiting for 53 minutes (sold 35-45) to be seated. my wife ordered a medium ribeye (well well made) and I ordered a medium good strip steak (creamed ****) I asked server (victoria) when they grilled and cut it slender to cook quickly. I didn't want to wait long. we waited for 10 minutes in the least before my wife victoria asked if she could go to check how she was brewing with table near us. we will not be back.

My family and I went to this Texas Roadhouse on a Sunday evening for dinner. We did a “call ahead” reservation so we didn’t have to wait too long. Once we checked in, we waited in the parking lot for about 5 minutes before getting called in. Upon entering the restaurant we told the servers that we got called about our table being ready, but we still had to wait an additional 10 minutes! Once we sat down our table was clean and tidy. The food on the other hand was average. The food felt like it wasn’t as good as it could be, probably because it was super busy so they needed to rush the food making? I asked for a medium well burger and got a medium burger. The mashed potatoes didn’t have much flavor even with the butter added onto it. The shrimp and steak were cooked well. Our servers were friendly but there were quite a few mistakes that were made on their part with forgetting to give us some of our food items. I’ve had Texas Roadhouse before and I know the true potential it has with the quality and taste of food from other locations so I’m hoping this isn’t the type of food and service they always bring to the table at this location.
