I tried to explain to them that I commanded in the app. language barrier at this place is worse then amazon. if I hadn't run late, I would have kept the line longer to get the rest of my order that somehow wasn't delivered. sad, but not serious

Iced coffee tastes down and is never filled to the top of the cup. I ordered 2 frosted donuts and watched them put them both in the same bag, I asked a box bc the last time that I donuts of this location was all Icing out and stayed on the bag bc they did not lay them flat and placed them over each other. The woman told me I didn't have a box that I had to order for 6 donuts, so I asked for separate bags, I see in the pockets and both donuts push down in the pocket? Maybe add an additional day of training in setting people as a donut serve as this literally the name of your company.
Everyone on our table was very happy. Had a girlfriend come to town and she asked me to bring her back here.
Ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese on a croissant, what I got instead was the most disgusting, greasiest plain bagel I've ever seen in my life and I was still charged for the sandwich. When i called the store whoever picked up the phone said it was MY fault for not checking the bag. I can't even eat the bagel because I have to bring it back if I want to get what I PAID for. I totally didn't need to eat before my 12 hour shift thanks a lot Dunkin. $4.05 for a plain bagel, this is where you come to get ripped off.
