Russo’s New York Pizzeria Spring Marketplace

The ravioli with lightly boiled chicken piccata seemed uninspired and lacking any special quality. It felt like a generic dish that was just thrown together.

The waitress is to blame for the poor rating, however, the manager should have realized that something was amiss with the server. I am unsure if she was unwell or simply did not feel like working that day, but her service was not up to par.

Not sure they changed management, but the food was terrible. We have dined it there last year and everything was great food, service, etc. This time the food was terrible. We will not visit this place again. We'll try the Grand Parkway and hopefully have a better experience.

I was unable to confirm my reservation as their computer was not working. The service was a bit slow despite the limited number of people in the restaurant, but the take-out counter was also busy. However, the food was fantastic, as usual!

Just what we were looking for in a nearby Italian restaurant! Great food, friendly staff and casual. We'll be here regularly.
