Kfc - Toledo

I hate kfc now because of this branch! They never give you what u exactly order! NEVER!! Tried it more than 6 times ! Didnt get the right order on not even one time! They should rehire a new team for that branch

Always good service there. The staff goes beyond to make sure things are right. I went late, after 7pm and they were making substitutions, no problem. But for the first time the chicken sandwich was inedible, dry and hard. To be fair I've had good onesin the past but earlier in the day. Had a horrible time ordering on the app, it went down 3 times until I got my order throughand when I went there they told me it was cancelled. However staff was quick to recreate the order and get it to me.

Chicken wasn't cooked, was very pink in the middle. Could get someone very sick!

Well, its better than most KFC's, its clean and the food was definitely good. Service was good too. Definitely be hitting up this again soon.
