Cafe Farolito - Toledo

Stopped off as a family with parents. Had really tasty menu of the day which has great variety, price good for a tourist hotspot. Was really busy which was always a good sign, and maintained the levels of people for all the time we were there. Would recommend the lomo/pork. The service was also very helpful speaking English and friendly.

We had just taken a walking tour and ended up in the Jewish quarter and wanted to sit down for lunch. This cafe is is in lovey and quite square between the two synagogues. The staff were very friendly and fast and the food was good. I had the seafood salad for the first dish and chicken for the second. My wife had gazpacho and the tortilla. For a menu del dia the food was fine and the service very fgood

Don’t understand the bad reviews. Really nice servers. Cold beer. Wife loves her wine. Tasty potato (French fries) for the kids. Good appetizers. Neighboring table said their fish and chicken was really good. Great plaza in front with their chairs and tables with umbrellas. And every table was taken. Neighboring cafe only had 1 foursome there. Ignore the bad reviews. It’s very good for what it is, a small town cafe. And btw, cushions on the chairs and very clean. After a day of walking, the cushions were awesome. And a clean table in Spain is a good find.

We ended up in this tavern by chance and were delighted. We ate saladilla, correct and carcamoas and deer stew, very well. the attention of the excellent waitress. Before we finished, we asked if we could take the coffee on the terrace and make our best effort because we caught the only left-hand table. When we were sitting, I read the reviews with bad comments about the deal. we were treated with awe, attentive and sympathetic. price more than reasonable.
