Bidrage med feedbackI was here a baptism about my laity in tokio. I was a noodle....absolute love rarm, soba. all arten. my whole life. totally foodie. this place, after flying everywhere and trying to nudge all kinds quite anywhere where I go, is by far my favorite spot in the world. They are clean, efficient, polite....price is more than reasonable, and the presentation is fantastic. Perfect nuds, wet, but not suppe, cooked exactly right. and it is always the same. fyi: ordering the spicy art is quite spicy....and a little more expensive....think that they can add chili pepper add-on on the table to their taste for free. I use two creatures and follow the menu instructions, which add sauces on the basis of dish size...and mix. then there is the taste. omg the taste. makes unbelievable too small a word. a must try. I know they can't say it, but I'm sure attached and highly recommended
My friends and I'm here three times in two weeks. these noodles are so good! Definitiw add the spicy garlic sauce when ordering from the sales machine.
We're fan of this dry ramen/soupless chain, believe it's the original abura soba chain, so if we ever see it we tend to drop in. Simple menu but you can customize with as much vinegar and chilly oil to your liking as you mix it up. They claim to have less oil, fat and sodium compared to traditional soup-based ramens. Either way, has a rich taste without being too filling or overpowering, bouncy thicker noodles. Highly recommended to try at least once if you're looking to try different kind of ramens.
Abura Soba is like a ramen without soup! Instead, seasoning oil, garlic and onion are added to give taste to this delicious dish. I had the regular big size abura soba (only 760 yen) and it was delicious.
If you like ramen without soup. I personally think it lacks depth and complexity but apparently some do. Give it a try to find out
