Honestly, the most dreadful experience. Tiny restaurant with very few tables, we waited over a hour for our meals. The staff are very rude, while waiting such a long time for our meal, I tried to go to use the restroom- the waitress informed me I could not use it as it was only for customers( despite having seen me sitting there for over an hour and a half). The food was bad, and so very, very expensive. the steaks are a very low quality of meat. The chairs and tables are very uncomfortable. Cannot recommend.
We ordered the Coquilles st jacque to think that it was a duck with sides. What we have is 4 small scallops that cut like 2 in half horizontal and sauce for $27 everyone! Nothing! We spent $58 on an appetizer! If you see the other participants on the menu, they come with pages. When my husband picked it up, it almost didn't weigh anything, so he looked in his pocket and found containers that could hold burgers. He asked about it and they said it was. He at least asked for some bread and they accused him of it. The scallops are so great. I had better. I wish I could take a photo.
Charming outdoor bistro. I remembered the Paris Bistro cuisine. We had the pate de campagne, onion soup, canard de confit, coquille st jacques and cream brulee. Everything was very good. The onion soup was easier than some by not using bovine broth, although the spices were perfect. The canard was crispy with green pepper sauce over frits. Yum. The cream brulee was tight with the cold/hot contrast of the carmelized top vs. the Custard, but the Custard was somewhat overdue. Still, it was delicious. Very surprising. BYOB.
