Google mentions that its 3-star hotel, but the service offered here can be rated as high as 5 stars. great hospitality that the personal offers at every touchpoint directly from the restaurant to the reception to the room help. we were so comfortable given by the care and attention that is rarely seen in most hotels in these days. the location is also a big plus. in any case, they stay here every time we visit tirunelveli. 10/10 would recommend others.

I like it where the hotel is, and I could recommend this hotel to anyone who is new tirunelveli and it center place for most important things. restaurant is very good and they can have a good authentic dish and their service is also top notch no complain. room service is also very good and timely, the rooms were also very neat. a thing I want to add is that they can add more channels on TV, the carter wider guests. parking is also very good, but I want vallet parking, as this must be for every hotel that is three stars and higher. Finally, the price of the room was also on tad higher side, yes I agree their service is good, but again it would be great if the price is at least 10%. overall I am very happy with my stay, which is happy for the next time.

Location is in the center and good parking. room neat. eating is expensive, but few are worth mentioning. fingerfish is the best dish and must try. manchow suppe, mutton curry dosa, sizzlers and steak are highlights. American beauty a litchi based dessert is also a must try.
