The Bus Pub - Tiradentes

It was full house and we sat around a mini table inside the bus 'coz all tables outside were occupied. It took a while before our order was taken. I asked the waitress if the burger of my choice would be delivered within 1 hour, which she answered somewhat surprised by my question with a not to convincing "yes". Yet I wanted to give it a try. In the meantime we drank 2 draft beers which were way too warm. But Ok, nothing is perfect. After 1 hr and 10 min the waitress came tell us that we would not get our burgers. According her explanation they had run out of burgers! No alternatives or solutions were being offered, and she even wanted us to pay for the 2 warm draft beers when I said we were leaving. I told the waitress I was not willing to pay and to call the manager who wasn't apparently there. Another waiter was called who tried to justify the cause (lot's of people). In other words, if the bus is not prepared to receive this amount of clients, they should set up less tables or program themselves better. Also training of waiters & waitresses is desirable. I heard a couple ordering a Caipivodka and next the waitress asking if they wanted their drink with cachaça or vodka !!! Anyways, after all they let us go without having to pay for the 2 warm beers.Nice set up, but in case you are hungry and the house is full, walk ahead and try your luck somewhere else.

Rare seemingly Brazil, a chilled out spot with great toons, good beer selection, simple but good food menu, and good service! Fitted out bus as a bar, travel car as the kitchen and decking out front with extra seating. Oh, and wifi that works! Thumbs up for sure! Well done Bus Pub!
