Nice little pub to stop off on a bike ride for lunch!

Great service and food,, large portions and fine cider on tap. Mixture of locals and tourists , excellent service and attention to detail. Asked for eggs over easy and that precisely what I got!

Aggressive landlord pushing the Government scam on track and surveillance.

Very friendly and helpful staff.There is outdoor seating just by the river if the weather allows it.

Liked this nice little restaurant a short distance from the Tintern Abbey. There are some tables available across the road next to the river as well. If you have really good olfactory senses then don't sit there in the summer as you know...but the staff was so lovely, the food was good and we enjoyed ourselves. Would happily go there again next if I visit there again.
