Vega - TINTAGEL

During the holiday we have taken in for lunch and really enjoyed our food. Very recommended.

Discovered Vega during the visit between Lockdowns (previously closed) we were excited to dinate now, although we had not booked, Edwina found us friendly a table and we enjoyed a nice meal in good company. Food was nice, plentiful and very clear fresh (both in ingredients and presentation). There was such a great choice for such a small institution, and for a person to prepare themselves while also in front of the house. Can't wait to return

What a find. Food was wonderful: I had an amazing lasagna with super garlic bread. T 'Others had FAB huge, Pitta olives. And... The Peanut Butter 'Cheese 'kuchen (X 2) was sooo good! Also Edwina was beautiful, friendly helpful even friendly shared recipes with us.

We stopped here for lunch. We ate too much. A great choice in the menu. The Falafel, Onion Bhaji and Lasagne were especially good! The heated chocolate cake for the desert was beautiful. We also got the peanut butter cheese cake that was fantastic.

We’ve popped in for a chickpea curry and onion bahjis. The food was amazingly delicious. The portions are big so be aware. Oh and the elderflower fizz is to die for. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating as I have multiple food allergies which doesn’t make eating out an easy task. Highly recommend
